Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic with a view of the Empire State Building from our window, providing a warm and comfortable setting. However, I found the lack of certain amenities like a fridge a bit disappointing. The hotel did offer all the necessary perks like a coffee machine, safe, TV with plenty of channels, a mini fridge, and bathroom amenities.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring main NY sights, as it is very central and close to everything. However, the rooms are small and lack amenities like a refrigerator or coffee making facilities. The service felt short and unwelcoming, and ordering a taxi on the last day was not a smooth experience.
